You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Orders that have already started the process of fulfillment can't be changed or canceled.

Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to post to your original form of payment.

We accept a 30-day return, exchange, and refund, which means you can request a return, exchange, and refund, within 30 days after receipt.

Rest assured we provide FREE SHIPPING service for all available countries/ regions.

Once your payment is verified, usually it will take 1-2 days to process and ship your order. You will receive a confirmation e-mail when your order is shipped out.

We are sorry that address changing cannot be made to a shipped order. If it is still not shipped, please contact us by service.katanasaga@gmail.com to change your address and other shipping options.

Some of the items in your order could be sent separately and the second (sometimes more) tracking number(s) cannot be displayed on the order detail page. In this case, please wait for 2-3 days and if other packages still hasn't arrived, please contact us under service.katanasaga@gmail.com.

Sometimes our emails take a couple of minutes to be sent or sometimes they land in the SPAM folder. Please check all of your email folders again in 30 minutes - if you still haven't received your confirmation, email service.katanasaga@gmail.com, and we'll be happy to confirm your order and resend the confirmation email. We apologize for the inconvenience hereby!

As soon as your order has been shipped from our warehouse, we’ll send you a shipment confirmation email with your order’s tracking number so you can keep an eye on your package and know exactly when you should expect it!

We are sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. In this case we recommend you to contact your carrier first and find out what the status of your package is. It could be left with a neighbor or somewhere else.
