Can I cancel my order after I've made a purchase on the website?
Yes, you can.

  • Customers have 14 days after purchase to request a refund.
  • Orders not yet shipped are subject to a 10% cancellation/restocking fee if canceled after 24 hours.
  • Shipped products, or those already received by the buyer, are subject to a 30% restocking fee within 14 days of receipt.
  • No refunds will be issued after 14 days from receipt.

We waive the restocking fee for returns if the product arrives faulty. However, returns for personal reasons will incur a 30% restocking fee. In some cases, we may provide a shipping label depending on your location, but generally, you will need to ship the item back to a provided return address by emailing us.

Defective on Arrival (DOA) Policy
We understand our products are often a significant investment. That’s why we take every step to ensure they are complete and functional before leaving our facility. All products are thoroughly checked to confirm all components are present and working as they should.

However, if your product arrives defective, you must report it to us within 24 hours of receipt. We will work with you to exchange the product under the following conditions:

  • The DOA product is returned in the same condition as received, without modification, disassembly, or tampering.
  • If the packaging was damaged by the carrier, which is beyond our control, we can provide a replacement unit free of charge if significant damage (i.e., catastrophic damage causing the product to be non-functional) is proven when emailing us.
  • You are responsible for return shipping for the damaged unit. The replacement unit will be sent as soon as the return tracking is updated on our end.

Each incident will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Rest assured, we will do our best to take care of you.

We reserve the right to allow or deny refunds under this policy if we determine that a fraudulent claim has been made.

What if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged or broken, please contact us within the first 7 days of receipt to arrange either a full refund or a reshipment.

Where do you ship from?
Our products are carefully packaged by our expert handling team to ensure they arrive in perfect condition, regardless of the distance traveled.

We primarily ship from fulfillment centers in the United States, Eastern Asia, and Western Europe. If an item is out of stock at your nearest location, we'll ship it directly from our production line with the same delivery times as indicated on our shipping page.
